Joe founded MicaGenix in 2001 in order to take a more personal hand in advancing toxicology—and fill a much-needed niche in the market. He brought with him the wealth of experience gained during his more than 35 years of work as a respected laboratory scientist at Eli Lilly and Company. During his time at Lilly, he both conducted and led extensive research in the areas of cancer research, angiogenesis and genetic toxicology.
To date, Joe has authored or coauthored 12 papers, and he is a recipient of the Eli Lilly President’s Award for Scientific Achievement.
